Production Team

Our production team is the backbone of our operation. Each of these craftsmen and craftswomen brings experience and skill in one or more manufacturing steps. They share a responsibility and pride in working with high quality designs and materials to fabricate the excellent products which ORCA Marine Cooling Systems offers to the boating community.

Quality

ORCA Marine Cooling Systems produces heat exchangers from quality raw materials. All tubing components meet rigid ASTM specifications. All copper and brass fittings are manufactured to industry standards or produced in our factory to ORCA specifications from certified tubular or solid stock.
At ORCA, we understand that your boat operates in a demanding environment, and our products are designed and built to excel in service.
All of our heat exchangers are 100% inspected and tested before shipment.

Capacity

Our business is a mix of large and small orders. We make production runs of 50 to 150 heat exchangers for some customers. We also produce custom designed “one-off” units, as well as small and medium runs of most popular models.
Our machine shop includes milling machines (CNC), lathes, punches and presses (up to 140 ton) along with breaks, shears, drilling, cutting, grinding, brazing and welding equipment. This equipment supports our primary production, and is also essential to our custom design and fabricating activity.
